About Me

  • My name is Jeremiah West. I am a physician by training and am passionate about health and the outdoors. Being outside in nature renews and strengthens the body and soul.  Building a foundation of healthy living can allow you to reach new summits in your life journey. 

  • Professional Background: BS in Exercise Science and MD from UTMB. Additionally I completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation which focuses on helping people with complex medical challenges improve their quality of life and function.
